DEL key is used for
delete and file and send it to the recycle bin in windows. Recycle is
used to recover those files which have been deleted accidently. But most of the
people do not use only delete button to delete files. They use shift+ del to
delete the file permanent. For those people, it is better to set permanent delete
on DEL key. Thus they do not need to press shift+ del key to delete a file
permanently.

- Click on start and then run.
- Type gpedit.msc in the box and
press enter. It will open a group policy window.
- Navigate to the User
Configuration - >Administrative Templates
- >Windows
Components>Windows Explorer
- In the right side settings menu
double click--Donot move deleted file to Recycle bin.
- >click OK.
Now you have done. Delete the file anytime and it will not go to the recycle bin
